And when i started to change my workout routine accordingly, that is when i started to make gains, in terms of both size AND strength.
One of the other elements of course , is adequate nutrition. If you are not eating the correct foods, and in the correct quantities, then you are going to be letting yourself down in terms of how much muscle you can be gaining,
