Isabel De Los Rios Diet Solution Program
On the other end of the scale, there are people who dont necessarily want to bulk up, but rather prefer to lose weight, and trim down. These people may have heard of the Isabel De Los Rios Diet Solution Program, aa new yet alternative approach to traditional. dieting, which doesnt really see the dieter actually dieting at all as such!
Isabel de los Rios is a weight loss advisor, through her much-aclaimed program. She also runs her own Wellness clinic in New Jersey, and this short review will look at who she is , and whether there is any truth in those evil rumours where people claim that she is s scam artist.
But why would anyone want to do that anyway? Well, more often than not, the people who slag her off are actually her competitors – maybe personal tainers, who are losing out big time since she started telling people the real way to lose weight and stay trim. So there is definitely no scam involved here – just good wholesome advice from someone who knows what she is talking about when it comed to dieting and nutrition.

Away from general fitness, I thought I would just write this post in response to two recent emails I received regarding the medical condition that seems to becoming more prevalent in recent years. So, if it affects my subscribers, then I guess i should write about it eh! The answer could be Tinnitus Control.
I would guess that many gym goers suffer from tinnitus, due to the forces that are exacted on their bodies during regular workout. i.e. the build up of pressure within the blood vessels. Whilst there is no proof of this everywhere, it is an interesting consideration. Personally i have been exercising for over twenty years, but have never suffered any problems with ear ringing, so this is definitely not something that i have experienced. However, we are all different, so i understand that just because it hasn't happened to me doesn't mean it won't happen to others!
As far as i can see, there is no cure for tinnitus, with some people using white noise to help drown out the ringing. But one possible solution is Tinnitus Control, a homeopathic remedy which it seems has been around for about ten years now. As with everything, caution should be used when assessing any new treatment, but i think this is certainly worth taking a look at if all other options have failed.
