Meet “Vince Del Monte,” the only Health and Fitness expert who has been labelled 'The Skinny Guy Savior'! He earned this nickname by dedicating his time to changing the lives of the skinny, and scrawny wimpy guys (and skinny girls!) – helping them to be healthier, fitter and also more confident within their bodies. Ultimately his students can't help but transform themselves to “Live better, Look better & also Know better!” Vince has transformed many thousands of lives of the scrawny and skinny, wimpy individual with an ideal combination of encouragement, humour, inspiration and most of all fun with his ever-popular best selling “No-Nonsense Muscle Building” workout plan.

Vince has one of the most popular “skinny to muscular” success stories in the world.  He was the original poster boy of the “I can’t gain weight or get the girl” scenario.  He became known as “Skinny Vinny.” He was just 140-150 pounds at a height of 6 feet tall. The nickname didn’t disappear – it stuck with him all throughout his college years.

He attempted everything in order to gain weight in any way that he could, but never reaching past 149 lbs – dripping wet too!  He went through the wars to gain muscle like no other. As a previous competitive long-distance runner, he used his running to survive the embarrassment and also the insecurity that he had suffered as a result of being too skinny.  He formed his own identity of himself as one of those ultra lean, mean, running machines.

Vince then studied 'Kinesiology' and received an Honors Kinesiology degree from his University of Western Ontario.  After his college, he then found a mentor who told him to burn away of his fitness magas and just stop wasting his money on muscle supplements to gain weight.  Vince’s life then started to alter and change.  He did gain some weight, got some muscles and then also met the girl of his dreams, Flavia.

Vince now helps many thousands of fitness individuals with “muscle unfriendly genetics” to make a workout plan to incept new habits and commit to it.
